  2. I really enjoyed your project "Soundtrack of My Life". It’s such a creative and touching way to connect language learning with emotions through music. Sure this will be a very creative bridge to help students express personal experiences and also makes the activity feel real and meaningful.

If I were in your class, I would feel motivated to share my own stories through songs. The combination of sound, images and short text works perfectly to make learning emotional but also promotes linguistic communication skills. It’s a simple but powerful idea that really brings language to life.

  3. Thank you Jorge, I truly appreciate your comment! I tried to link my personal liking in music to create an activity that would have sort of my style while including the multimodality in the recipe.

  4. Hi Leslie, this is a very well-designed and engaging multimodal activity. Most student like music and they will appeal to them. I like how you guide them from an emotional warm-up into a structured, personal project that naturally integrates text, sound, and visuals, exactly the kind of meaning-making we discussed in class. The steps are clear and purposeful, and the use of Mentimeter and Canva gives the task a dynamic, modern feel that works well for B1–B2 learners. You also do a great job connecting music to personal storytelling, which makes the language work much more meaningful. I laos like the reflective questions at the end. One more thing to consider, you need to tell students how the task will be graded.
